Nightingale Wins National Primary Science Mark

1st September 2016

As a key focus of maintaining excellent standards across the curriculum, Nightingale put itself through a very rigours process of applying for the Primary Science Quality Mark (PSQM) Silver award.

The aim of the award is to highlight schools who value science highly and are seen as role models of delivering the subject.  The award required the active involvement of teachers, children and the local community, and I am absolutely delighted to tell you that we were successful in our application and have been given this award with flying colours!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in the application for this award and to say how proud I am that we as a school have achieved it.

Many thanks
